Our Process
Initial Conversation
We will ask you a number of questions to ensure we understand your vision, wants and needs for your new home, as well as the scope of your building project. We will also review the building process, timelines, and any preliminary design ideas to align our approach with your expectations from the start.
Concept Proposal
In the event that construction-ready architectural drawings have not yet been created, you will meet with our preferred designer to discuss your new home design. With support from our Builder, Thomas, the designer will begin drawing the concept plan of your new home keeping in mind your budget, requirements and style preferences. Based on the completed plans, we can provide you with an accurate, fixed price quote prior to signing your contract.
Pre Construction
After your fixed-priced tender is accepted, we meet with you in our office to sign the contract and any other required documents. This is a great time to ask your Builder any questions you may have regarding your new build. Deposits will be required to be paid after the cooling off period and you will make your final selections for your new home.
Construction Stage
This is the exciting time as you watch your vision come to life. There will be opportunities for critical stage inspections through your home during the construction stage, along with progress photos throughout your build.
Handover
Once your build is complete, you will be given a comprehensive walkthrough of your new home with your Builder. You will receive a handover pack including all warranty paperwork relating to your build. This is the exciting moment when you receive the keys to your new home.
